| Characteristics | A very striking looking bird, almost pheasant like with their petite, colourful and slender appearance with white ear lobes and blue slate legs.
These birds are a bit flighty and very alert. They fly well and prefer to forage so do well when given access to pasture and gardens, they do not do well in confined situations. Here at Feathered Friends we have the Gold pencilled and the Silver Spangled varieties.
